GEDNEY HILL PARISH COUNCIL
I hereby give you notice that the Play Park Committee meeting of the above-named Parish Council will be held at Gedney Hill & District Memorial Hall, Hillgate, Gedney Hill, PE12 0NN at 7pm on Tuesday 12 November 2024.
All members of the Committee and subsequent members are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the Meeting as set out hereunder.
Your attendance is also required for the 15 minute Public Forum, this will take place at the start of the meeting and is open for the Public to ask questions or make statements.

The Agenda is as follows:
1. Chairmans remarks.
2. Apologies for absence and acceptance of reasons given.
3. Declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 and consideration of any requests for dispensation.
4. To receive a financial update.
5. To update the recommendations to Full Council on:
a) Using Crowd fundraising through ‘Go Fund Me’
b) Using Easyfundraising
6. To update the recommendations to Full Council on:
a) Working Group meeting
b) Letters of support
c) Public Consultation
7. To update the recommendations to Full Council on:
a) Onsite visits
8. To discuss fundraising and use of the £250 donated by the Full Council.
9. Items to be added to next agenda.
10. Agree date for next PPC meeting.
11. Date of next GHPC meeting 18 November 2024.
