I hereby give you notice that the Ordinary Meeting of the above-named Parish Council will be held at Gedney Hill & District Memorial Hall, PE12 0NN at 6.30pm on Monday 16 September 2024.
All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the Meeting as set out hereunder.
Your attendance is also required for the 15 minute Public Forum, this will take place at the start of the meeting and is open for the Public to ask questions or make statements.

2. Apologies for absence and acceptance.
3. Declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 and consideration of any requests for dispensation.
4. To approve the draft notes of the meeting held on 15 July 2024.
5. To sign Parish Councillors Declarations for 2024.
6. Clerks report on matters outstanding.
7. Financial Report.
8. Notification of exempt status.
9. To discuss any issues relating to the Parish Pavilion.
a) Electricity Contract.
b) October Half Term Event.
10. Speedwatch Group update.
11. Planning
a) To discuss current planning applications and decisions.
b) To discuss consultations and concerns.
12. Cemetery matters
a) To consider the formation of a Cemetery Management Committee.
b) CCTV.
c) Burials and headstones.
d) Overhanging trees.
13. Comments on Grimsby to Walpole Scoping Report.
14. A discussion to determine whether sufficient interest and commitment exists amongst parishioners to undertake a project to install a children’s play park.
15. A discussion to determine whether sufficient interest and commitment exists amount parishioners to undertake a project to install a Dog Park.
16. To advise of any items to be added to the next meeting agenda.
