I hereby give you notice that the Ordinary Meeting of the above-named Parish Council will be held at Gedney Hill Memorial Hall at 6.30pm on Monday 15th January 2024.

All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the Meeting as set out hereunder. 

Your attendance is also required for the 15 minute Public Forum, this will take place at the start of the meeting and is open for the Public to ask questions or make statements.

PUBLIC FORUM (15 minutes)


The Agenda is as follows: 

1.   Apologies for absence and acceptance 

2.   Declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 and consideration of any requests for dispensation 

3.   To approve the draft notes of the meeting held on 20th November 2023 

4.   To discuss any issues relating to the Parish Pavilion 

a.   CCTV

5.   To discuss any issues relating to the Parish Cemetery

6.   Planning 

a. To discuss current planning applications and decisions

b. To discuss consultations and concerns 

7.   Financial Matters 

a.   To consider and approve the Budget for 2024/25 and approve the Precept for the year

b.   To note the year-to-date accounts for 2023/24

c.   To approve a direct debit mandate to the Information Commissioners Office

8.   To note the resignation of the Clerk and discuss the recruitment process

9.   To advise of any items to be added to the next meeting agenda 

10.   Date of next meeting – Monday 18th March 2024 at 6.30pm

Members of the public wishing to speak on any matters on the agenda, other than during the public forum, must ask permission from the Chairman.
