GEDNEY HILL PARISH COUNCIL

 

I hereby give you notice that the Play Park Committee meeting of the above-named Parish Council will be held at Gedney Hill & District Memorial Hall, Hillgate, Gedney Hill, PE12 0NN at 7pm on Wednesday 16 October 2024.

 

All members of the Committee and subsequent members are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the Meeting as set out hereunder.

 

Your attendance is also required for the 15 minute Public Forum, this will take place at the start of the meeting and is open for the Public to ask questions or make statements.

  1. To instate the GHPC Play Park Committee.

  1. To confirm details of the Bank Account.

 

  1. To receive a financial update.

 

  1. To discuss and resolve to pass recommendations to Full Council on:
    1. Using Crowd fundraising through ‘Go Fund Me’
    2. Donations
    3. Grant funding

 

  1. To discuss and resolve to pass recommendations to Full Council on:
    1. Facebook poll
    2. Letters of support
    3. Questionnaires
    4. Public Consultation meeting.

 

  1. To discuss and resolve to pass recommendations to Full Council on:
    1. The proposed plan and layout
    2. Onsite visits with equipment firms and contractors.

 

  1. To Resolve to form the Play Park Committee Working Group.

 

  1. To agree the Terms of Reference for the Working Group.

 

  1. Agree date for Working Group meeting.

 

  1. Items to be added to agenda for next meeting.

 

  1. Agree date for next PPC meeting.

 

  1. Date of next GHPC meeting 18 November 2024.
