MINUTES OF THE MEETING 18TH September 2023

2).  Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 and consideration of any requests for dispensation

4). Parish Pavilion

4 – A). Pavilion Guttering

Guttering needs repairing – approved contractors need approaching – quotes needed – access to the back of the pavilion is via the school playing field.

Action: To be followed up

4 – B). Public Playground

The plans for this play ground are still relevant from previous, constitution is still there, funding application needs to be completed, either a councillor committee or a public committee is formed to proceed with this. Concerns around monitoring, repair costs should or when the need arises

The CCTV at the Pavilion is in need of attention

Over grown public foot path between:

North Rd & Mole Drove

Mole Drove & Luttongate

Signage to stop horse’s & Motorbikes

To find drawings & pass these to Cllr P Redgate

The councillors object to this planning application

Action: To object to this application

6 - B). To discuss consultations and concerns

H07-0676-23 Sycamore Farm 6 Station Rd

To circulate more information to councillors

Action: Ask planning where this sits & what can be commented on

7). Financial matters

7 – A). Closure of the parish council NatWest account

Funds have been transferred from NatWest account to the Unity Trust account

To close all NatWest accounts

Currently 3 bank signatories, to add Cllr M Shepherd as 4th signatory
