Public Forum
District council update given by
District.Cllr L.Eldridge regarding the public bins, Bins on Hillgate Road have been turned to make accessible for emptying. New Bin on west Drove South
Anyone can make a service Litter Bin Request via the south holland district council website
Questions from members of the public: regarding the accounting software, Costs? Do the Parish Council actually need this account package?
Cllr N.Watson explained the reasons behind the Parish Council needing online up to date accounting software, & the regulations for Parish councils signatory requirements
2). Apologies for absence & Acceptance
Apologies received from Cllr P.Redgate & Cllr K.James
3). Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 and consideration of any requests for dispensation
There were no issue declared by the councillors
4). To consider the purchase of the Scribe accounts package with associated support.
Scribe accounts discussed, the benefits of these accounts moving forward with the software package & the parish council being up to date with online software.
All councillors present are in favour of this request for moving to scribe accounts software.
Cllr N.Watson to liaise with scribe accounts to open this accounting software programme on behalf of Gedney Hill Parish Council & to liaise with The Parish Clerk.
