2. Declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 and consideration of any requests for dispensation
There were no issues declared by the councillors.
3. The Coronation
Clerk stated after contacting the school, to establish numbers of relevant children, there had been no response. A notification had also been put on the noticeboard, also receiving no responses. Councillor James contacted the school to ascertain the number of children at the school. This number amounted to 69 and, therefore, it was agreed by all that mugs would be purchased and distributed.
4. Bank Mandate
It has been suggested that all banking going forward should be online, with the cessation of cheques where possible. The only remaining bank signatory on the council, is requested to contact the bank to get the bank mandate in order to effect this. This meeting authorised Paul Redgate and Neil Watson to become banking authorities. Some online banking is in place and this will continue.
5. To advise of any items to be added to the next meeting agenda
Clerk’s old laptop – can this be sold? What provision would be made to ensure complete data removal?

The next meeting will be held in the Memorial Hall at 6:30 on May 15th , 2023.
