Minutes of the Annual Governance Accountability Return (AGAR) Review Meeting held on Monday 27th June 2022.

There were no members of the public present.
Public Forum
Due to this being an AGAR meeting only, there was no public forum.
1. Apologies for absence and acceptance
Apologies were received from Councillor Redgate.
2. Declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 and consideration of any requests for dispensation
There were no declarations of interest.
- To consider the internal auditors report for year ending April 2022
The auditor’s report was reviewed and accepted for year ending April 2022.
b. To agree the accounts for year ending April 2022
The accounts were agreed for year ending April 2022 and duly signed.
c. To consider whether to exempt from an external audit and, if so, to authorise the Clerk/RFO to sign the form.
The Clerk signed the documentation accordingly, in consideration of exemption from an external audit.
d. To consider the assertions on, and complete the Annual Governance Statement 2021/2022 and to authorise the Clerk/RFO and Chairman to sign.
The Parish Council agreed the Annual Governance Statement 2021/22. The Chairman and Clerk completed the Annual Governance Statement 2021/22 and signed accordingly.
e. To consider and approve the Accounting Statements 2021/22 and to authorise the chairman to sign.
The Chairman signed to authorise and approve the Accounting Statements 2021/22.
4. Date of Next Meeting
The next Parish Council meeting will be on July 19th at 18:30 in the Sports Pavilion.
