GEDNEY HILL PARISH COUNCIL
I hereby give you notice that the extra ordinary Meeting of the above-named Parish Council will be held at Gedney Hill & District Memorial Hall, PE12 0NN at 6.30pm on Thursday 10 April 2025.
All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the Meeting as set out hereunder.
Your attendance is also required for the 15 minute Public Forum, this will take place at the start of the meeting and is open for the Public to ask questions or make statements.

The Agenda is as follows:
1. Chairmans remarks.
2. Apologies for absence and acceptance of reasons given.
3. Declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 and consideration of any requests for dispensation.
4. Acceptance of minutes from 17 March 2025.
5. Grant Applications:
a) National Lottery
b) Grange Farm Wind Farm
6. Date of next GHPC meeting 19 May 2025.
Members of the public wishing to speak on any matters on the agenda, other than during the public forum, must ask permission from the Chairman.
