I hereby give you notice that the Play Park Committee meeting of the above-named Parish Council will be held at Gedney Hill & District Memorial Hall, Hillgate, Gedney Hill, PE12 0NN at 7pm on Tuesday 8 April 2025.
All members of the Committee and subsequent members are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the Meeting as set out hereunder.
Your attendance is also required for the 15 minute Public Forum, this will take place at the start of the meeting and is open for the Public to ask questions or make statements.

8. Party in the Park/Fun on the Field – discussion of the event.

9. To discuss and advise how we currently stand on the planning application.
10. Items to be added to next agenda.
11. Agree date for next PPC meeting.
12. Date of next GHPC meeting 19 May 2025.
