1. Nomination papers must be delivered by hand to the Returning Officer, Council Offices, Priory Road, Spalding, Lincolnshire, PE11 2XE on any day after the date of this notice, on Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm (excluding bank holidays) but no later than 4pm on Friday 6th February 2026.
2. Nomination papers may be obtained from the offices of the Returning Officer, Council Offices, Priory Road, Spalding, Lincolnshire, PE11 2XE, during the times stated above, via our webpage, or by contacting the Parish Clerk.
3. If any election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday 5th March 2026.
4. Applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 12 midnight on Tuesday 17 February 2026. Applications can be made online: https://www.gov.uk/register-to-vote
5. Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes and amendments or cancellations of proxy votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Council Offices, Priory Road, Spalding, Lincolnshire, PE11 2XE by 5 pm on Wednesday 18th February 2026. Applications can be made online at https://www.gov.uk/apply-postalvote
6. Applications for a Voter Authority Certificate or an Anonymous Elector’s Document valid for this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm on Wednesday 25 February 2026. Applications can be made online: https://www.gov.uk/apply-forphoto-id-voter-authority-certificate
7. New applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Council Offices, Priory Road, Spalding, Lincolnshire, PE11 2XE by 5pm on Wednesday, 25th February 2026. Applications can be made online: https://www.gov.uk/apply-proxy-vote
8. Applications to vote by emergency proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Council Offices, Priory Road, Spalding, Lincolnshire, PE11 2XE by 5pm on Thursday 5th March 2026
